Building a Waterproof, Sturdy Crate: We didn’t just make the box thicker; we focused on making it more resistant to water and better able to handle weight. First, we used heavy-duty, water-resistant cardboard designed to repel moisture rather than absorb it, helping to prevent soggy, weakened walls. Then, we added partitions inside the crates at the pallet bottom to improve load-bearing capacity, helping the boxes better support the weight of stacked pallets and reduce the risk of collapsing.
