Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer, have been in this industry for more than 17 years.
Q2: How can I get a sample? How long will it take?
A: For customized sample,we’ll check if it’s printable after receiving your file. You need to pay both of the sample cost and express cost. It will take 2-5 days to make the sample,after then, deliver it by express courier like Fedex, DHL or UPS. And usually we provide samples before bulk order.
Q3: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, We have a professional team with rich experience in paper packaging, design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea, we will help to carry out your idea into perfect packaging product.
Q4: Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM service.
Q5: what’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
A: the MOQ is 500pcs.
Q6: What is your payment terms?
A: Usually by T/T in advance. We can also support at least 30% of total amount paid in advance as down payment before mass production,and the rest should be paid before shipment or against copy of B/L.
Q7: What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargo?
A: Normally, it will take 7-10 days, about 10-15 days in peak season, mostly based on the quantities. Cargo will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets,or follow your requirements.Shrink wrapping is available as per request .Then the cargo will be delivered by sea or air.
Q8: What will you do for quality control?
A: We conduct incoming inspections on all raw materials and implement sampling checks at each production stage to ensure strict quality control throughout the entire process. Should any finished product fail to meet quality standards, we will arrange for rework or provide a full refund.
